JA TAK - Recently making its debut onto the bustling food scene of Copenhagen. Jatak is the perfect marriage of Jonathan Tam’s asian roots and his years of experience in Nordic cuisine as former head chef of Relae. The name stems from the most common reply from a cook to a head chef in Nordic kitchens, “Ja, tak!” (meaning, “Yes, thank you!” or “Yes, chef!”).
