Bruun

Opened in November 2021 at Dendermondsesteenweg 532.Bruun is a new restaurant in Destelbergen from Ruben and Pieter De Maesschalck, both chefs and brothers, who gained experience in European star restaurants before the opening of Bruun. These brothers want to bring a renewed, fresh and spontaneous fusion cuisine to Ghent, with their main focus being a seasonal menu and working with local suppliers.
