Flores is a champion of bistronomy. Chef Degenkamp harnesses his culinary flair and subtlety to underscore the umami flavours of vegetables, without however forgetting meat and fish, even if they don’t play the leading roles in this production. Nature is the watchword of the cuisine. The terrace overlooking the wine cellar is heavenly.
