Bambino

The owners of Bak opened a new business on the Vijzelgracht in Amsterdam. Bambino has the same philosophy as Bak but all just a bit simpler. Dutch products are mainly used for the dishes, but there are also some Italian influences here and there.

While its big brother BAK is all about fine dining, Bar Bambino mainly focuses on simple, affordable dishes. You can have lunch with small dishes four days a week. No uninspired sandwiches or soup, but plates full of goodies.
